If you are not happy with Catalog Exporter for any reason, write to us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

You do not need to explain why. You do not need to have used the product. There are no conditions and no deductions.

How to request a refund

Send us an email at email us with the email address you used at checkout. That is all we need.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, who handled your payment as Merchant of Record. The money is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it usually appears within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time, and it takes no more effort than subscribing did. The fastest way is Paddle’s customer portal — the link is in the receipt email Paddle sent you when you subscribed. You can also simply email us and we will cancel it for you.

When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling is not the same as a refund — if you want your money back as well, just ask, and the guarantee above applies.

Annual plans
