Do I need an account? No. A license key is generated when you subscribe and is checked against our own licensing service — there’s no separate account or password for Catalog Exporter itself. Lost your key?

Where does my data go? Nowhere. The catalog you export never leaves your machine, whether you’re on the free tier or Pro — a license only changes the product limit, not how the extension works. See privacy for the full picture.

Can I cancel? Yes, any time, and it takes no more effort than subscribing did — through the payment provider’s customer portal (the link is also in your receipt email), or just email us and we’ll do it for you. You keep access for the time you’ve already paid for. See refunds & cancellation.
